Regulatory compliance is fraught with challenges, many of which would be more straightforward to address if the data and documentation requirements were more standardized on an international basis.

Warp Global Inc. was established to help drive this standardization and to develop enabling technology and strategies in conjunction with clients and partners that will accelerate adoption of those standards.

Our view is that these standards must be mutualized and not be the exclusive property of a commercial enterprise. In the world of international regulatory compliance, these standards must also be global in scope.

To this end, it is necessary to converge onto a highly secure and flexible information management framework that is governed by a diverse range of stakeholders from both the public and private sector. By ensuring rich API access to this system, and by providing individuals with complete control over who can access any data element associated with them, third parties can build value added capabilities that will help drive adoption of this global system.

This is a long journey and it will require collaboration amongst many stakeholders around the world. It is however a necessary step if we are to materially leverage the growing digital economy.
